Mini rant, about nothing important, LOL, convention stuffs.

Tell me Creation doesn't have a license to charge whatever it wants for these things. It makes me ill, and the more I see it, the more I know I won't be doing another one ever again, not even for Misha. Maybe a movie will shoot somewhere nearby and Misha will be cast, and I can go stalk him for free. LOL.

Oh, and some perspective...

Since the plant was closed for the last two weeks in December, and they only let us use vacation time for the first one, the paycheck I just got was for the 8 hours of paid vacation on January 1 only. It was a little over $35.00 after they took out taxes, 401k and insurance. And that's the biggest check I saw. Most of my coworkers got checks for less than a dollar.

I know! And the scary thing is, people are allowed to buy photo ops without buying tickets to the convention, so they sell out almost immediately no matter what Creation charges for them, and the market's wide open for scalping. And seriously, some of these people go to every single one and still pay this much for a photo op. I don't understand, but I can say, it's definitely not worth all that. LOL.

I hope you have a blast at WinCon. I hear it's much more fan oriented. One of my friends was very disappointed she can't go this time.

Haha, well... I'd agree with you except, you know, for the part where I ain't gettin' any, lol. So, I'd probably pay that if it was really an option. LOL.
