I'm bored. Let's try this meme. Kk?

I saw something like this awhile back, but I'mma take my own twist on it.

I'm going to tell you something about myself that I think is peculiar and gives you more of an idea of what kind of person I am or think I am. If you've ever done one of these things, then reply in the comments and post this in your journal along with something or things that you find interesting about yourself. (Preferably something about you and not a fandom opinion.)

I wonder if I'm the only person who:

- turns the toilet paper roll around if it's in the holder with the trailing end going down the back instead of over the top, the way it's supposed to be!
-will stop in the road if I see a turtle crossing and help it to the other side.
-has hit a snake on the head to save the baby rabbit it was trying to kill.
-has caught a snake in my house and let it go outside.
-has caught a spider in my house and let it go outside.
-thinks a plastic tumbler filled with vanilla ice cream with hot coffee poured over the top is comfort food.
-leaves the sticky protective backing on her laptop lid so that she has a place to put stickers without ruining her computer. :P

Okay, so who wants to play? Anyone done any of those things. Help me Obi-list, you're my only hope.

I'm so with you on the toilet paper and turtle points. I get so annoyed when someone puts a new roll of toilet paper on the holder the wrong way. LOL

Thank you! There's a fekking right way to do it, ya know! Haha, to me it seems self-explanatory, but then, some people prefer it the other way. Of course, they're WRONG!

Oooh, I've done the toilet paper roll thing!! I can't stand it when it's the wrong way around, it makes me twitch . Havne't done any of the other things yet, but the coffee + ice cream thing sounds sublime. :D

OMG! You have to try the coffee and ice cream thing. But don't drink it too fast, cuz you'll totally get nauseated. I tell myself the buzz of energy I get from the caffeine has to cancel out the calories from teh ice cream. :P

Well, I don't particularly like snakes and spiders, but they serve their purpose, and usually they only hurt you if you hurt them first, so... but yeah, still kinda gross. Doesn't mean they deserve to die, though.

And turtles. :P Who wouldn't feel sorry for them? Not their fault we built a road between them and the nearest puddle, ya know?

It has been quite some time since one has entered my house but there was this period of time when I had three within a few weeks of each other! I really, really dislike snakes, and you catch them on your own! *is in awe*

Err, well at least once I caught it accidentally on a glue trap. Don't ask what I was really trying to catch. But yeah, it was creepy, but I'd rather see it and catch it then have it surprise me when I least expect it. I'm not a fan of snakes, but I understand they're just doing what snakes do. Jeff Corwin has changed me LOL.

LOL, it seems a lot of us are guilty of that one. I used to just grumble and not do anything about it, but my grandma said she changes it even if it is someone else's house. So, now I do, too. Why grumble. Change the world one roll at a time, I say. :P

If I came across a snake eating a bunny I might be compelled to save it or I might just let nature take its course. After all a snake has to make a living too.

Yeah, I felt a little bad stealing the snake's lunch, and if I'd come upon the scene after the rabbit was dead, I probably wouldn't have thought much of it. I mean, a snake's gotta eat, too. But I was walking my dogs and I heard this screaming. Sounded like a baby crying, and the bushes were shaking, and I must've gotten there just as the snake grabbed the rabbit. It was just a baby and I always feel bad for the babies. I whacked the snake with a stick, and it let go. The rabbit just laid there for awhile. I thought it died of a heart attack, but then it jumped up and took off. I felt better then.

But if my cats are tormenting a snake or a lizard, I always side with the reptile. I know the cats are just gonna kill it and leave it. They're not hungry. :P

I'm with you on fixing toilet paper rolls. It drives me nuts when it's going the wrong way...

If I could see the turtle, I'd stop or veer to go around it. I've done it for other animals. But if it's on the highway and I'm going fast, I'd probably not see it until it's too late. A few years back, I hit a giant box on the highway at 75mph and split my front bumper. LOL so my reaction time apparently may be a bit impaired... ;)

And I have caught a spider and released it, only because my housemate forced me to. If I had it my way, I'd have let bug spray take its effect and came back for it later... Cuz spiders give me the heebiejeebies...
