It's probably not a problem on your computer if you're getting page load errors that you can refresh your way out of. It's either your internet provider's DNS server, of if you have a router it may be a conflict between that and the DNS. You can try resetting the router or the modem to see if that helps. If not, the last resort is to change your DNS manually to a public domain and see if it'll work then...
