I'm so bored. Still not sleeping.

BUT I'm plugging away at that fic for unplugged32 who won me in the fics4books auction. Finally have an actual story to tell. Whee! And, um, honey, you did say no one does angst the way I do, and I hope that means you wanted lots, cuz I sent Tracer the first 1000 words, and she said, "God, that's sooo depressing, but good." All I can say is, you asked for it. All the crack has disappeared. It'll definitely be longer than 5000 words, though, and all my other WIPs are now screaming at me to update because this project wants to be done first. *shakes head*

ETA: Whoa all the people commenting on Crop Circles in the last week since one poor soul inquired about it on storyfinders. Is it sad, all the wonderful comments on that fic, and I feel stalled out by the one or four people who said the imagery was boring and the story was too slow? Yeah...

Argh, I hate it when a couple of thoughtless comments kill the creative process (you don't want to KNOW the number of times that's happened to me). But I guess people have different tastes and... um, people can be assholes? Yep. People can be assholes.

Well, it's my own fault. It was a poll, and if I hadn't already thought those things were a problem, I wouldn't have put them in the poll to begin with. Should've known that would just fuel my insecurities. *is stupid*

You're absolutely right! I haven't been working out as much since I got back from Chicago because I've been trying to catch up on all my writing projects, and the pressure of updating on a regular basis is getting too much, methinks.

Totally dusting off my workout DVDs before the end of the year.

To be honest, the negative comments were my own doing, because I totally included those as option in the poll, knowing full well I'd be hurt if people picked them, but if I didn't think that might be a problem, I wouldn't have put them in there. *shakes head at self-destructive behavior*

At any rate, I sold that story in the charity auction, so now I must finish it regardless.
