Heart of the Season Day 1

I wanted to do something seasonal for my friends, and I'm terrible at cards and whatnot, so I thought I'd try, emphasis on try, to post a song a day, something that evokes a sentiment, not so much something that's considered a Christmas song as much as just something that gets you in the right Heart space. What works for me might not work for you, but hey, why not?

I realize sometimes widgets and things get annoying and even screw up your f-pages. Let me know if you'd prefer to be filtered out. I'll happily do so. Also, just click pause to make it stop. I can't figure out how to make it only play you want to listen. Again, if this annoys me, kindly point me to another widget or ask to be filtered out. No hard feelings.

Haha, I know. It's really disconcerting on this end, cuz I already have music playing, so when I go to my recent entries page, I get the music I'm already playing plus the widget tune. I guess when I post the next one, I'll have to lock the previous one. What a mess that would be, LOL. I wish they'd only play when you click 'em. Hmmm, I shall have to do more widget shopping, but it's very distracting, and I have J2 Christmas fic to write.

Glad you like the song, though. It always makes me teary-eyed. *sob*

I had a bunch of stuff in my inbox and your post was way down there, and it started playing, and I was like WTH? I started checking if my radio was on, or some other application, and then realized what this was...
Anyway, LOVED the song, love the sentiment behind it. *squishes you really hard*
I ♥ Christmas songs. I think I need to move to NZ or something. Maybe US. I dunno, I just logged onto this Canadian radio online and I keep looking for xmas songs. lol

And you're right, I should put the title and artist. It was in the playlist when I uploaded it, so I didn't pay attention to whether it was actually visible anyway.

You're welcome! I love that whole album, too. I have the CD but the digital version I got from legalsounds.com where the songs are all like $ .09 and albums are less than 2.00. You have to buy like a put a certain amount in your account in order to buy 'em, but I like it all right. And I've found a lot of songs there that I can't find anywhere else. Of course, no site has every song I go looking for.

I'm sorry dearest but would you please filter me out. I'm usually listening to iTunes through earbuds when I'm online and when your song kicked in it was so loud it nearly flung me out of my chair.

Its a very sweet idea and I'll check out the songs if you send me a list.
