Awards anyone?
Nov. 29th, 2008 12:04 pmHmm, most of you know, I hope, that I have a strict policy pertaining to fic awards, that policy being, if you nominate me, I will hurt you and then decline. LOL. Personal reasons.
However, I see various awards popping up all the time and do peruse through the nominees to see what's nominated, and most times, I feel like there's tons more that should be nominated.
Now, I'm not saying I would nominate you, cuz I'm incredibly lazy and all, but I was wondering what y'all's policies are about being nominated. Is there anyone among you that really, really wants to be nominated for an award somewhere but doesn't want to nominate themselves or thinks nobody knows they're going on? Is there anyone here who would absolutely decline a nomination if they were to get one? How do y'all feel?
I shall screen comments, k? You can tell me. I won't bite. I actually used to do a lot of nominating for these things. I would be happy to nominate someone if they are shy... I'm just saying.
