We sang this in choir when I was in the 8th grade, I love it!! And that snow? To a person who hasn't enjoyed snow in 18 years that is a pretty nice looking snowstorm!!
I love love "Carol of the Bells." It's easily my favorite Christmas song, and this version is awesome! Your pictures are gorgeous, too. My favorite is the first one with your horse. Thanks for sharing these. :)
Hee! I love that song, too. I'm usually all about the Celtic Woman group, too, but I never know if people like that or not. I know some people don't like the high female voice. Luckily, I also have some Karen Carpenter around here somewhere.
And Winchester was enjoying the snow. He's such a dork. LOL. I'm pretty sure he's seen it before, since he's not originally from Texas. He didn't seem fazed in the least. Of course, his fur's so thick. He probably was relieved from the heat.
I think for "Carol of the Bells," the high female voice is fitting, really. I'm still listening to that song, haha. Eventually, I'll have to tear myself away from the computer and stop listening to it. And yay for Karen Carpenter too! :)
Ooh, yeah, I'm sure he probably liked a break from the heat. Our animals usually get giddy at the first snowfall after the autumn heat and humidity. Granted, our autumn heat is nothing compared to yours, so I'd imagine Winchester probably loved the snow for that reason.
We had 7 inches of snow in the past couple of days and even though I hate winter, I gotta say this year I kinda think it looks real pretty. I thought about going out and taking pictures today, but as it turned out this week, both pairs of "winter shoes" I own aren't waterproof. Go figure. And I'm tired of wet socks...lol ;) (And I'm tired of having to clear the driveway and the walkway and all that crap at freakin' 6am, so please to be stoppin' this snow shit right the f*ck now!)

Date: 2008-12-12 03:47 pm (UTC)The snow was nice while it lasted. Of course, it's all gone now. Didn't even make it more than a few hours after I snapped the pics.
