LA Con photo ops

ht_murrayI guess this is proof of life. I'm working on a writeup, but I wanted the pics in a separate post so I can eventually lock them without locking the writeup.
This was us on Sunday night at Macaroni Grille, taken with my friend's iPhone. I had to post this, because the friend who took the pictures also said my biceps are insanely huge and that I need to stop doing pullups. I, however, am loving the huge biceps and have no plans to stop doing the pullups or pushups. I am a proud muscle mama. :D
I love how these pics turned out, though they do make me wonder why people like the dimples so much, because when I look at these, I feel like someone shot a hole in my face. Still, I had fun.
Best part of the Misha op was watching the other ops in front of us. One girl seemed to be afraid of him and when he tried to hug her, she ran away, so he went after her with his arms outstretched kinda like Frankenstein and he had her by the wrists, trying to keep her in the shot, but had to let go. She was smiling, though, so I don't know what was going on. And the next one wanted to stand behind him, and she kinda wrapped her arms around him, but she was so small, her arms were all you could see, and he tried to move to one side or the other so she could peek around, but she wouldn't let him, and finally, I think he kinda leaned back and threw his arms up and pretended to scream like he was in a death grip or something. I really don't know how they do these things.
Okay, I hate this pic, but I had my mouth open in the other one, so this is the best one. I had two Jensens and two Jareds, and my friend was with me in all of them, so we each took whichever one we thought was most flattering. I don't know what it is about Jensen. I think he's just so amazingly gorgeous that no one can look good standing next to him. I'm happy with every photo op I've ever had EXCEPT my Jensen solo photos.
Funny story from the Jensen photo op line. We were standing a few places in front of this guy who talked sorta loud and kept referring to "My ex, the BASTARD!" LOL. He said "I usually don't get up this early, but I'll do early for Jensen. He's top of my top five!" We had a good laugh at that. Too bad we were standing ahead of him in the line, because I would've like to see how that photo went down. This is the same guy who later became the famous Ackles Dance boy that stood up in the panel and did the pudding dance. I don't know if it was actually the pudding dance or something else, because we were behind him and couldn't get the full effect.
But anyway, Jensen was so ON. We were pretty early in the line for his pics as the gold ticket holders came out of the breakfast after we were already lined up. So, he was fresh. I almost got the impression that he'd rub his hands together like Dean, crouch down, and say something like, "Bring it on!" But he was really lovely and gracious and smiley and svelte! I... okay, I'm a terrible fangirl, because I just wanted to put him in my pocket and take him home. Of course, we had our theories about why he was in such a good mood, but... yeah, in appropriate, although I think Jim's tweet from yesterday sorta supports our theory. So, anyway, we got up to the front, and we kinda darted in, me on one side, and she on the other, and then they snapped the pic and we switched pics, and Jensen kinda shrugged and said, "I'll just stand here, then," and I think my friend might've said something like "that works," or, "You do that," but I don't think I even looked him in the eye. I am such a bad fangirl. Anyway, this is how it came out. I wish it was better, but what can you do?
At this point, I guess since I said that Jensen makes it impossible for anyone to look good next to him, I have to speculate that Jared must be like a neutral color, because both of our pics with him turned out really great. My hair was having a bad weekend since I recently went -fate and -cone free, which is supposed to be good for it, but yeah, transitional hair woes. I think there was a conversation about my friend's LSU t-shirt, and Jared said he might not be okay with it, and she gave him some shit about whether he could still be a Texas fan after the terrible season they had this year, and he said something like 'hell yeah,' but again, me not a word. Although, on our first pic, he got his arm stuck in my hair. LOL. I don't know whether I was amused or mortified. Still funny. And while we were standing in the line in the room, a pregnant woman had her pics, and he like had his hands on her belly. I think it kicked or something, because she acted like she got shocked. It was funny and cute.
There are more pics from when we went bike riding on the beach and from outside the Viper room, but I haven't got them yet. I'll post those when I have them.

I'd never go to a convention, but I must admit it's fun to follow the tweets and read about the panels. It makes me so happy when people share their good times.

I know that feeling. I met Jensen @ Chicago in 2009 and I had photo op with him. I was so nervous that I couldn't look at him. I looked at his shoes when I was waiting in a line. After the photo was taken I couldn't even remember what he was wearing lol.

I wish I`d been with you when you went to the Viper Room. We made the con concert, thinking we, maybe, could discover new music to listen to. But as I told you already, I didn´t like the music, at all *yikes* so we left early.
haha, the Misha story is just too good. He tried to chase me also. Or, he didn`t try, he did. He didn´t want to let me go for the picture of him and Jim Beaver only. But I moved too fast, he couldn´t grab me, ha. I was almost at the door again when he final gave up ;D
What you said about Jensen, and the reason why he acted like he did, we have our own thoughts about the reason why also (and for once it`s nothing dirty *snort*). I/we think it`s because he`s settled, and just plain happy.
Danneel has been at the LA con. When it was our turn for Jensen`s autograph (early during the autograph session, I went with my friend who`s been in row 3) she was standing on the other side of the room (Jared`s side). I guess people who`ve lined up for Jared didn`t see her because she was standing behind them.
anyway, it`s been an awesome weekend, with awesome memories, and it was even more awesome to see you again *hugs you tight*
