There's a newer version of "Unsolved Mysteries" on the Spike Channel right now. They're doing an episode on the death of George Reeves and just interviewed George Reeves' biographer-- Jim Beaver. He was younger there. LOL. Also knows an awful lot about how to shoot someone without leaving a powder burn, heh.

I have to apologize, in advance, for being slow. I've been working on getting that running blog up and running and haven't been around much.

So, I never got the chance to thank pixel_0 for the Valentine's candy. Thank you, love!

And sams1ra, jane_eyre, maboheme, and heather03nmg all thought of me when handing out the virtual balloons. My profile page hasn't been naked for weeks now. I feel spoiled and truly blessed.

And I feel awkward when y'all beat me to the punch by sending things my way, because then I feel like, if I send them back, it feels less genuine. Like those loveyou-loveyoutoo goodbye pecks husbands and wives give each other on the way out the door after the shininess has worn off.

YOu're all worth way more than that! And you're shiny to boot!

I'd offer to write you fic, but we all know how that turns out. :/

So for now, I'll just say thank you, thank you, thank you. *squishes*

Update...

I updated the running blog. I know a lot of you aren't really interested, but the post I just made contains some personal stuff that you might enjoy.

I was tired, and sore, and near tears, and just trying to do my best to not fail, because I couldn't fail again, and Danny came over to me, called me "Baby," like my hubby calls me "Darlin'" and showed me how to make it through the day...

...One day I met him in the break room. He was choking down a bowl of Chunky Soup. Choking it down, hand shaking, and his Adam's apple working around every bite like it was dry sand. I asked him if he was still going to the doctor. He said they were still blaming it on the weed, but he had an appointment for a chest x-ray, at least.

He said he just wanted to stop feeling so... weak.
